Hiring
I understand that hiring, whilst often strategic, is also fast paced and high pressured. What are the detrimental effects to your business to not have the right personnel in place?
The day to day timelines involved in ensuring a project or piece of work is completed to the right timeframe and for the correct costs often dictates that finding the right person is time pressured and sometimes stressful. Collaborating with me will help to alleviate that stress, as I have built up an enviable network over many years and am constantly speaking with candidates in the right sectors.
When you have a vacancy (Permanent, Contract or Fixed Term Contract), I will utilise our database of active candidates (who are working on an exclusive basis with us much of the time).
I also carry out thorough searches to find “passive” candidates who meet your requirements. Even if they're not presently on the job market, they usually will know someone industry specific, who will be the right fit for your business.
I also work with you on how best to manage the recruitment process to ensure that you’re not only attracting, but securing the best people opposed to your competition.
